Summary: The Project Manager for the Oracle CPQ Rollout will oversee the implementation and upgrade of the Oracle CPQ system, managing a complex delivery landscape that includes multiple third-party vendors and system integrations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle CPQ rollout and upgrade programme
  • Manage multiple third-party vendors and delivery partners
  • Oversee the decommissioning of legacy systems and transition to the new CPQ platform
  • Ensure successful integration with: PIM system (Syndigo), ERP system (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
  • Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
  • Ensure delivery is aligned with timelines, budget, and quality standards

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex system implementations
  • Ideally prior experience with Oracle CPQ rollouts or similar CPQ platforms
  • Strong experience managing multiple third-party vendors and stakeholders
  • Experience delivering system integrations, particularly with: PIM systems (e.g., Syndigo or similar), ERP platforms (preferably Dynamics 365 F&O)
  • Demonstrated experience in legacy system decommissioning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and risk management capabilities
  • Experience within large-scale digital transformation programmes
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
