Summary: The Project Manager - ONESOURCE role involves managing technology-led projects within a global leader in legal, tax, compliance, and information solutions. The position is client-facing and requires delivering projects that have a significant business impact, particularly in finance and compliance. The role demands a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage technology implementation projects within agreed time, budget, and quality parameters, using a hybrid of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Define project scope and objectives, create detailed work plans, and manage execution across cross-functional teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of communication and support across the project lifecycle-via meetings, calls, and occasional on-site visits.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams, helping align efforts across departments with differing goals and working styles.
• Evaluate and communicate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Perform hands-on project tasks when needed, leveraging product/process knowledge to maintain project momentum.
• Suggest best-practice system configurations and business process improvements tailored to client needs.
• Support internal initiatives to enhance service delivery, develop new offerings, and improve operational processes.

Key Skills:

• Proven background managing client-facing tech projects from initiation through to completion.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing multi-team, cross-functional delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle and SAP systems, especially Oracle Fusion (both systems highly desirable).
• Exposure to tax engines, document management platforms, or finance-related tech solutions is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in process analysis, mapping, and optimisation.
• Recognised project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) strongly preferred.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when required.
