PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION
POSITION : Project Manager
LOCATION : Commutable from Bury St Edmunds , Ipswich , Norwich , Great Yarmouth, Thetford , Lowestoft
SALARY AND BENEFITS : Variable package £80-£90k to include car (with fuel card) or car allowance, healthcare, bonus
Applications are also welcome from experienced freelance Project Manager's with rail experience who would be interested in working on this project on a day rate basis - Outside IR35 ( subject to assessment) or PAYE basis
THE ROLE : Our client is a well respected , established main contractor who carry out a wide range of exciting Building / Civil projects throughout the UK including in the rail sector. They are looking to recruit an experienced Building / Civil Project Manager for a new project. This is a multi million pound contract so candidates must have experience of working as a Construction Project Manager on projects of a significant value, specifically within the rail sector, ideally working in a live rail environment. Specific structures experience would be ideal for the role. This is a site based role.
