Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate delivery activities across Workplace & Collaboration transition workstreams
  • Manage Nexthink-related activities across deployment, adoption, reporting, and operational transition
  • Work closely with outsourced/offshore teams and third-party providers
  • Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and operations functions
  • Support programme governance, reporting, RAID management, and delivery tracking
  • Drive delivery within a fast-paced and challenging transformation environment

Key Skills:

  • Strong Project Management experience within enterprise transformation programmes
  • Proven experience working with Nexthink
  • Experience managing outsourced service providers and offshore teams
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex stakeholder environments

We are supporting a major Workplace & Collaboration transformation programme within a leading international law firm and are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Nexthink expertise to join the team immediately.

This role will support a large-scale Wave 3 transition programme focused on workplace tooling, collaboration technologies, and outsourced service operations.

You will work alongside an established internal PM team, including a senior Linklaters PM and additional specialists supporting parallel tooling streams.
