Summary: The Project Manager - NEX role involves leading the delivery of a major North Extension project within a live airport transformation programme. Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a major North Extension (NEX) within a live airport transformation programme. The role will take the project through RIBA Stage 4 into construction, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within a fully operational environment.

Key Requirements

  • Proven delivery of major infrastructure projects in live operational environments
  • Strong NEC contract and commercial management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder and interface management skills
  • Experience in aviation, rail, water, nuclear, or similar regulated sectors
  • Strong on-site delivery background essential
