Summary: The Project Manager (NEC) role involves leading engineering projects while managing both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Project Manager (NEC) 6 Months (initial, extension highly likely) Start Date: ASAP Outside IR35 45 hours per week Lead engineering projects across the site, managing both internal teams and external stakeholders while driving motivation and performance. Define and maintain standards for engineering, installation, signage, and painting; ensure full compliance with legislation and ISO protocols. Develop project scopes, obtain cost estimates, track budgets, and report financials to accounting and capital expenditure teams. Resolve technical issues using internal resources or external experts, ensuring all supplier solutions meet modern plant requirements. Maintain complete project documentation and utilize SAP and other IT systems for procurement, cost tracking, and trend analysis. Perform risk assessments, develop SOPs, and manage contractor compliance, including safety permits, inductions, and on-site expectations.
