Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly prioritisation sessions to ensure timely delivery of Nature Reporting projects.
- Collaborate with the Nature Reporting Account Executive and wider team for seamless project delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to clients on project progress and KPIs.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product to translate Nature Reporting indicators into actionable insights.
- Support the Growth Director during deal-closing and handover phases.
- Review procurement paperwork for compliance and project deliverables.
- Manage client procurement processes from inception to contract delivery.

About The Role Role: Project Manager- Nature Reporting Salary Range: £40,000- £45,000 Team: Go-to-Market Employment Type: Permanent- Full time Reports to: Growth Director Location: UK. Remote with visits to our Bristol office once per week. Join us to drive real-world impact with Nature Reporting! As our Project Manager, you'll scale our impact through client management, progress tracking, and internal alignment, working with major clients like Waitrose, and Sainsbury's. With Nature Reporting's significant growth, your expertise will maintain momentum across our expanding portfolio and unlock our next phase. You'll have end-to-end project ownership, facilitating collaboration to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
You’ll be responsible for Project Delivery and Coordination Lead weekly prioritisation sessions to ensure the timely delivery of Nature Reporting projects. Collaborate with our Nature Reporting Account Executive and wider team to ensure a seamless project delivery experience for our Nature Reporting clients. Keep clients informed with regular status updates on project progress, including reporting on KPIs, proactively flagging and mitigating potential blockers with the wider team. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, developing and implementing process improvements and pulling any strings behind the scenes to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Marketing and Product to translate key Nature Reporting indicators into actionable insights, informing the development and marketing of Nature Reporting with real customer stories. Provide ad hoc support to the Growth Director during deal-closing and handover phases. Collaborate with Marketing and the wider Nature Reporting team to prepare and refine key marketing materials and messaging.
Contract Delivery and Procurement Review Nature Reporting procurement paperwork with a keen eye for detail on key project deliverables and compliance requirements for every client. Own our response to and management of the client’s procurement processes from inception to contract delivery.
About You We want to hear from you if you: Have demonstrable project management experience, owning large-scale commercial projects end-to-end. Are highly organised with exceptional planning skills and a keen eye for detail. Demonstrate a strong drive to deliver projects from start to finish, with a proactive and iterative approach. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidently hosting calls with high-profile clients (e.g., Sainsbury's, Waitrose). Are a proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering high standards. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can pivot to manage complex stakeholder interactions and varied factors. Are a collaborative team player, who can work effectively across different teams. Are adaptable and willing to "roll up your sleeves" to support the team as needed in a scaling startup environment. Have experience managing commercial contracts through their full lifecycle.
Bonus points if you: Have experience with Hubspot / Notion. Have an understanding of supply chains and/or the land sector. Have experience working in SaaS companies (Software as a Service) It's probably not the right fit if you: Prefer highly structured and rigid environments with clearly defined roles. Struggle with managing multiple priorities and juggling competing demands. Are not comfortable with a role that may evolve and require flexibility. Prefer to work independently and avoid cross-functional collaboration. Don’t like to be customer-facing or act swiftly on feedback, there will be lots of that in this role.
