Summary: The Project Manager for the MyTime system transformation at BAM UK & Ireland will lead a critical project aimed at enhancing operational excellence within the Finance team over a fixed-term of 6–9 months. This role involves managing a project team, improving system capabilities, and ensuring strong governance and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will drive significant change and influence how time, people, and performance are managed across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the MyTime project team to deliver outstanding results
- Enhancing business and operational engagement to drive adoption rates to 95%+
- Improving system capability and automating reporting for full reconciliation from MyTime to payroll and cost allocations
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to embed improvements and ensure long-term success
- Ensuring strong project governance and reporting throughout the lifecycle
