Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the email and Microsoft 365 migration workstream.

- Oversee the migration of Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Control delivery through readiness, migration, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Key Skills:
- Strong Project Manager experience with the NHS.
- Proven delivery of M365 / Exchange / email migration projects.
- Experience of tenant-to-tenant or large user migration programmes.
- Strong supplier, stakeholder, and governance management skills.
- Experience managing cutover, business readiness, service desk readiness, and hypercare.

Contract role - Outside IR35 with hybrid working
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the email and Microsoft 365 migration workstream as part of a merger programme. The role will focus on migrating a trusts users from a local Microsoft 365 tenant into the shared NHS.net tenant used by another trust, ensuring safe delivery, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, cutover planning, and effective transition into live support.
The migration scope includes Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. The project is already underway, with pilot activity completed and the successful candidate expected to take control of delivery through readiness, migration, cutover and hypercare phases.
The successful candidate must have:
- strong Project Manager experience with the NHS
- proven delivery of M365 / Exchange / email migration projects
- experience of tenant-to-tenant or large user migration programmes
- strong supplier, stakeholder and governance management
- experience managing cutover, business readiness, service desk readiness and hypercare
