Summary: The Project Manager – MAM / DAM role involves leading complex Media Asset Management and Digital Asset Management transformation initiatives within a fast-paced broadcast and media environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of MAM/DAM transformation programmes across business and technology teams.
  • Manage complex project plans, governance structures, RAID management, reporting, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive delivery across media asset workflows including ingest, metadata enrichment, archive management, retrieval, transcoding, and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, production, vendors, and third-party integrators.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational workflows, and technology roadmaps.
  • Manage programme dependencies, risks, and change impacts within large-scale transformation environments.
  • Support PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and delivery best practices where required.
  • Work closely with architecture and technical teams on systems integration, migration, and platform modernisation initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management/PMO/Product Owner or Head of Delivery.
  • Familiarity with enterprise MAM/DAM platforms and broadcast tooling such as Vizrt, Mediaflex, Dalet, Avid MediaCentral.
  • Experience working within cloud, hybrid, or enterprise media transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
