Key Responsibilities:
- Manage acquisition projects/programmes in Operational Architecture or Finance & Legal.
- Shape the target operating model and align processes, systems, and integrations across functions.
- Lead finance, contracts, legal, and compliance workstreams through close, transition, and Day 1/100.
- Plan and deliver initiatives within the workstream, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve timely outcomes.
- Engage closely with Business Owners, PMO, and Delivery Teams.
- Maintain scope and cadence, and run a tight RAID and vendor performance rhythm.
Key Skills:

We're recruiting on behalf of global organisation for a fast-moving acquisition programme.
The role requires strong Project Management experience gained on acquisition projects/programmes covering the project management of one or both of the below areas.
Operational Architecture: shape the target operating model and align processes, systems, and integrations across functions.
Finance & Legal: lead finance, contracts, legal, and compliance workstreams through close, transition, and Day 1/100.
In this role, you'll plan and deliver initiatives within your workstream, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to land outcomes on time and to standard. Objectives are clear: high quality delivery aligned to programme priorities, supported by disciplined governance and transparent reporting.
