Key Responsibilities:

Project Manager - M&A Acquisition
We're recruiting on behalf of global organisation for a fast-moving acquisition programme.
The role requires strong Project Management experience gained on acquisition projects/programmes covering the project management of one or both of the below areas.
Operational Architecture: shape the target operating model and align processes, systems, and integrations across functions.
Finance & Legal: lead finance, contracts, legal, and compliance workstreams through close, transition, and Day 1/100.
In this role, you'll plan and deliver initiatives within your workstream, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to land outcomes on time and to standard. Objectives are clear: high quality delivery aligned to programme priorities, supported by disciplined governance and transparent reporting. You'll engage closely with Business Owners, PMO, and Delivery Teams, maintain scope and cadence, and run a tight RAID and vendor performance rhythm.
What you'll bring
Extensive Project Management experience
M&A experience in either Operational Architecture or Finance/Legal workstreams (either is suitable; both is a plus).
Strength in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and structured delivery (Agile/Hybrid).
