Summary: The Project Manager – Level 3 will lead digital experience initiatives by managing project requirements, coordinating design deliverables, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams. This role is integral to Agile delivery teams, focusing on UX-driven digital products and large-scale technical project management. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving complex problems. This position requires a strategic approach to project management beyond mere task execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and clarify scope, deliverables, requirements, timelines, and existing application context
- Translate business needs into organized, actionable project documentation
- Coordinate internal and stakeholder design reviews, balancing complex calendars against tight delivery timelines
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to ensure on-time execution
- Participate in daily stand-ups to manage deliverables and expectations
- Attend backlog grooming sessions to understand priorities and upcoming work
- Engage in technical collaboration and solutioning discussions to assess feasibility and adapt designs as needed
- Maintain project trackers with current status updates and documentation
- Manage deliverables including proposal decks, demo materials, and supporting artifacts
- Provide sign-offs in Jira, log defects during UAT, and support UAT and production release approvals
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing cross-functional, collaborative projects
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
