Summary: Experienced Project Manager needed for a global organization to oversee the Contracts, Legal & Compliance workstream of a significant technology and operations transformation program. The role involves planning and delivering initiatives, managing risks, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working with in-house Legal & Compliance teams. This position is offered on an initial six-month contract with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Contracts, Legal & Compliance workstream of a technology and operations transformation program.
- Plan and deliver initiatives while managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to meet project milestones.
- Partner with in-house Legal & Compliance teams to translate legal requirements into actionable plans.
- Run a disciplined RAID process and control project scope and cadence.
- Communicate effectively with Business Owners, PMO, and Delivery Teams.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
