Summary: The role of Project Manager (KYC & Digital Transformation) at Deutsche Bank involves leading a large-scale KYC and onboarding re-engineering program. The position requires a blend of consulting expertise and technical knowledge to translate complex situations into actionable business strategies. The role is based in London and operates on a hybrid working model, requiring two days in the office per week. This is a six-month contract position on a PAYE basis through AMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive an end-to-end digital transformation program focused on KYC and onboarding.
  • End to End Agile experience in large scale technology delivery in financial institutions, specifically Data execution.
  • Develop high-impact C-suite and board-level PowerPoint presentations that create a compelling narrative.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret data-driven insights to drive cost-saving and efficiency-improving initiatives.
  • Engage with relationship managers and clients to secure buy-in for proposed solutions.
  • Support the transformation program using Agile and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Skills:

  • Consulting experience.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills - must be able to create impactful senior-level presentations.
  • Solid understanding of KYC, onboarding, and financial services (retail or investment banking).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business impacts and effectively communicate them.
  • Strong analytical skills - experience in extracting and interpreting data.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and process re-engineering.
