Role Description Skills
Multiple years of experience managing large-scale IT/OT, industrial automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 transformation programs in manufacturing environments.
Lead end-to-end delivery of OT assessments, technology modernization, industrial data foundation, and IT/OT convergence initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, OT, IT, Cybersecurity, and business leadership teams to drive successful program outcomes.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops, site assessments, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to support current-state assessments and future-state transformation strategies.
Collaborate with architects and domain experts to define OT/IT integration roadmaps, reference architectures, technology standards, and governance frameworks.
Drive business value realization through structured program management, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, and delivery of transformation roadmaps.
