Summary: The role of Interim IT & Business Change Project Manager involves leading a major group rebrand and technology-enabled change programme for a professional services group. The position requires an experienced Project Manager to manage cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across various divisions. The contract is hands-on and fast-paced, focusing on delivering business change and technology integration effectively. The role is based in Manchester with a requirement for on-site presence 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of the group rebrand and associated technology and business change activities
- Manage cross-functional workstreams across IT, digital, HR, marketing, and external design partners
- Oversee technology dependencies including CRM, HR/payroll, infrastructure, and digital platforms
- Drive alignment across divisions, ensuring a group-first approach
- Ensure internal communications, governance, and delivery cadence are clear and consistent
- Maintain momentum, transparency, and stakeholder confidence throughout the project lifecycle

We’re supporting a leading professional services group through a major group rebrand and technology-enabled change programme, uniting multiple divisions under one clear, consistent identity ahead of a Q1 launch. This is a hands-on, fast-paced contract for an experienced Project Manager who can balance business change and technology delivery, bringing structure, pace, and clarity across multiple workstreams including IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, and Digital. You’ll coordinate internal and external teams to ensure systems, processes, and communications all align to deliver a seamless transition. The role combines technical orchestration with strong stakeholder engagement to ensure readiness across the organisation.
