Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across operational change, fleet cascade planning, and service transformation.
- Drive improvements in business processes and operational performance.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders across engineering, operations, planning, and commercial teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support the integration of new fleet and the withdrawal of legacy units as part of the cascade programme.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering projects within the UK rail industry – preferably in operations, rolling stock/fleet, or change environments.
- Strong track record in process improvement and business transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Prince2, APM or similar qualification (desirable).
- Familiarity with rolling stock planning, operational delivery, or depot interface (highly advantageous).
