Summary: The role of Project Manager - Intapp Open involves leading business-led projects for a global Law Firm, focusing on the implementation of Intapp Open and its transition to the Intapp Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from design through to delivery and lessons learned
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and reporting
- Manage sprint backlogs and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Engage and update key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee testing, UAT, and solution handover to support teams
- Ensure smooth go-live, cutover, and post-implementation support
Key Skills:
- Experience with Intapp Intake (Open), Conflicts, and Terms
- 5+ years' experience delivering application transformation projects
- PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certified
- Strong knowledge of application system design
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods

A leading MSP is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to working with a global Law Firm end client, joining their project delivery team on a 6-month contract. You'll lead business-led projects focused on Intapp Open, including a move to the Intapp Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from design through to delivery and lessons learned
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and reporting
- Manage sprint backlogs and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Engage and update key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee testing, UAT, and solution handover to support teams
- Ensure smooth go-live, cutover, and post-implementation support
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Intapp Intake (Open), Conflicts, and Terms
- 5+ years' experience delivering application transformation projects
- PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certified
- Strong knowledge of application system design
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
Desirable:
- Background in Risk and Compliance
- Knowledge of MS Azure and SaaS delivery
- Experience managing external suppliers
