Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
  • Maintain clear reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project or similar tools
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record managing industrial construction projects
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Valid and in-date: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent)

Project Manager – Industrial Roofing & Cladding

Location: Shotton

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 PAYE

Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the ongoing delivery of a large-scale industrial roofing and cladding package on a major recycling plant. The project is already underway, and we need someone who can step in quickly and keep things moving with structure, pace, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
  • Maintain clear reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project or similar tools
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns

Requirements:

  • Proven track record managing industrial construction projects
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
