Are you an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in delivering industrial construction projects? We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly capable individual to lead a significant GBP20m industrial build in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading national main contractor and manage a key project from start to finish.
The Company
Our client is a highly respected national main contractor with a turnover of over GBP500m. They specialise in delivering large:scale residential and industrial projects up to GBP200m. Known for their commitment to quality, health and safety, and a collaborative work environment, they are a sought:after employer in the industry with a robust pipeline of future projects.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a new:build, GBP20m industrial development. This is a hands:on leadership role where you will be the main point of contact for all site activities, ensuring the project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Remuneration
This is a senior position with a highly attractive package. Salary: GBP75,000 : GBP85,000 per annum Car: Company car or generous car allowance Bonus: Performance:related bonus scheme Package: Comprehensive benefits, including private healthcare, pension, and more.
