Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end project plan, including installations, project coordination, and timelines.
  • Coordinating teams and managing day-to-day activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Tracking project progress, identifying dependencies, risks, and issues, while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Aligning equipment installations with broader property works and managing a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews of completed installations to ensure objectives and KPIs are met with the highest standards.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including third-party suppliers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Managing budget tracking and forecasting to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Addressing issues proactively and making adjustments to plans as needed for project success.

Rate: £450 per day (umbrella)
