Project Manager

Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. The candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a solid background in managing complex technology or business transformation initiatives. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential for this role. The position can be based remotely or in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, development, QA, and vendors.
• Manage budgets, risks, issues, and change control processes effectively.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure project adherence to organizational policies, standards, and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Foster collaboration, clear communication, and accountability across teams.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12-14 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience in [industry/domain e.g., Insurance, Healthcare, Public Safety, Finance] is a plus.
