Project Manager

Summary: The Project Manager role at RT Consulting focuses on managing large-scale defence projects, requiring SC Clearance and expertise in project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and updating project plans as well as preparing and maintaining schedules
• Developing and agreeing budgets for projects, controlling forecast and actual costs against them
• Consolidating and documenting project scope, schedule, resource requirement and all fundamental components of projects
• Identifying and monitoring project risks (threats and opportunities), planning and implementing responses and responding to other project related issues
• Establishing and managing reviews at appropriate points during and after projects, which will inform project governance by providing progress, methodology and ongoing relevance evaluations
• Engaging with stakeholders
