Summary: The role of Project Manager / Senior Project Manager involves overseeing the delivery of a £50M new build project, specifically a 3-storey RC frame Oncology & Endoscopy Building in Salisbury. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Main Contractor work and experience in large Commercial Build developments, with an advantage for those with Medical sector experience. This position is with a large National Main Contractor recognized as one of the UK's leading firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of the Oncology & Endoscopy Building project from Pre-Construction through to Handover.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in Main Contractor roles.
- Proven background in delivering large Commercial Build developments.
