Summary: The Ecommerce Project Manager will lead a significant ecommerce transformation program for a UK retail brand, focusing on enhancing the online customer experience and boosting digital revenue. This role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives across digital channels. The position is hybrid and offers a 6-month contract outside of IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of key ecommerce initiatives across web and digital channels
- Owning the finalisation of the homepage experience, working closely with UX teams and external agency partners
- Driving omnichannel alignment between digital and physical customer journeys
- Leading workflow redesign across multi-channel teams including UX, ecommerce, product, creative, and marketing
- Managing senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery aligns with evolving ecommerce strategy
Key Skills:
- Strong experience delivering ecommerce or digital transformation projects
- Deep understanding of online customer journeys and digital trading
- Experience working with UX/design teams and agencies
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar enterprise digital platforms
