Project Manager

Summary: The role of ERP Project Manager involves overseeing the implementation of ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and/or Certinia, for a leading utilities provider near Portsmouth. The position requires a blend of technical management and stakeholder engagement over a contract period of 6-9 months, with a significant in-office presence. The successful candidate will need to navigate complex environments and ensure data integrity and effective change management. This role is classified as outside IR35, offering a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience, ideally involving Salesforce and/or Certinia.
• Manage both technical delivery and internal stakeholders with authority and clarity.
• Experience in environments with undocumented processes and cultural diversity.
• Manage third-party implementation partners and hold them accountable.
• Strong grasp of data integrity, testing, change management, and cutover planning.
• Track record of making tough calls, including identifying resource gaps or capability issues early.
