Summary: The role of Project Manager involves overseeing customer communications and project timelines for new mass production products within a fast-paced technical engineering environment in the automotive industry. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, starting ASAP in Pickering. The role is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer internal/external communications and timings for brand new mass production products
- Report and present regularly to ensure stakeholders are aware of the status of the projects
- Support the completion of APQP’s, including populating customer portals and providing data and documentation to confirm project metrics
- Attend and represent the EV business unit at communication events when required
- Manage resource owners/team members in delivering project quality, cost & delivery
