Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Capital, Lifecycle, and Small Project works including design management, estimating, and sub-contractor procurement.
- Ensure all works quotations are completed and returned within project-related KPIs.
- Pre-plan all works with relevant stakeholders and liaise with Operations Managers, Estates Managers, and other parties.
- Responsible for quality assurance of works and management of any remedial works.
- Prepare regular project reports for the Senior Project Manager, including technical and financial reports as required.
Key Skills:
- Technically qualified to a minimum of HNC (Electrical or Building Services) or relevant Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Desirable to hold a professional qualification in building services or Project Management.
- CDM Awareness and SMSTS or IOSH H&S Managing Safely Certification.
- Experience in leading and delivering H&S excellence and championing Injury Free Environment initiatives.
- Proven experience in delivering multiple complex projects up to a value of circa £1.5M.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will manage and deliver the building/construction elements of Capital, Lifecycle projects from commencement to completion including income generation work to time and budget, maintaining quality standards throughout. Based at Kingsmill Hospital and covering projects with Midlands Hospitals as required.
As the Project Manager, you will:
- Manage Capital, Lifecycle and Small Project works including design management, estimating, sub-contractor procurement, resource planning and implementation of contract or on occasion direct labour.
- Working with the Establishment team to ensure all works quotations are completed and returned within the Project related KPI and that Performance Management System time scales are met.
- Pre-plan all works with relevant stakeholders and then liaise with all relevant parties including but not limited to Operations Managers, Estates Managers, Client, Trade Contractors, Consultants and other third parties.
- Responsible for the quality assurance of works aiming to handover defect free and where required management of any remedial works.
- Prepare regular project reports for the Senior Project Manager relating to Capital, Lifecycle and Small Works projects, including additional ad-hoc technical and financial reports as required.
We are looking for:
- Technically qualified to minimum of HNC (Electrical or Building Services) or relevant Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the management of multi-disciplinary projects.
- Desirable to hold professional qualification in a building services or related discipline or Project Management.
- CDM Awareness and SMSTS or IOSH H&S Managing Safely Certification.
- Hold a CSCS card or equivalent.
- Must have experience in leading and delivering H&S excellence and champion Injury Free Environment initiatives.
- Proven experienced in delivering multiple complex projects up to a value of circa £1.5M, demonstrate experience of high calibre trouble shooting where required.
