Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple groundwork packages across residential housing developments
- Lead site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and Foremen
- Oversee delivery of substructure works, roads, drainage, services, and external finishes
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor programme, budget, and H&S compliance
- Report progress to senior management
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential groundworks (housing only – not infrastructure or commercial)
- Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of groundworks, including deep drainage, road construction, foundations, and external works
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified
- Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence

The Role:
