Summary: The Payroll Project Manager will oversee a critical ADP payroll recovery project, ensuring compliance and efficiency within payroll operations. This role demands a strong background in payroll project recovery, particularly with ADP solutions, and the ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment. The position is hybrid, requiring occasional on-site presence in the North of the UK. The contract is initially for six months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recovery of a complex ADP payroll implementation
- Establish strong governance, ensuring compliance and best practices
- Identify key issues, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Work closely with finance, HR, IT, and external vendors
- Provide hands-on leadership, driving resolution of payroll challenges
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and company policies
- Deliver clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
