Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize a major workplace transformation project.
  • Engage with management to understand project requirements and define feasibility studies.
  • Update office drawings and collaborate with quantity surveyors and space planners.
  • Manage contractor resources for roofing, refurbishment, and moves and changes projects.
  • Oversee the repurposing of the office space with a full CAT B fitout.
  • Work alongside M&E teams to implement new design schemes.

Workplace Project Manager North East England £400per day Outside IR35 12-month contract Keen to get involved in an end to end workplace transformation programme? Have the ability to not only deliver and end to end workplace project but also to engage at the front end of what will be a challenging programme? This one could be for you! This is a brand new project for an end to end workplace transformation programme for a client in the North East of England. You will be responsible for planning, executing and finalising a major project to transform workplace for a grade 2 listed commercial office for an established financial organisation. The role will be twofold; initially you will need engage the management team across the business to understand the requirements, define feasibility studies, update office drawings, work with the quantity surveyors and space planners and collate all of the information to define the project plan. The second part is managing the contractor resource for specialist roofing, refurbishment and moves and changes projects. There is one main building with a traditional setup across the site. The whole space will need to be repurposed with a full CAT B fitout, some offices knocked down, new design schemes implemented and this role will work alongside the M&E teams to transform it.
