Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead an onshore wind project in Middlesbrough, contributing to renewable energy development. The role involves comprehensive project planning, team management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring the successful delivery of the wind farm project within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess potential risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, local communities, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of onshore wind farm design, construction, and operation, including turbine technologies and operational procedures.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources effectively to ensure project financial viability.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and key decisions.
