Summary: The Project Manager role involves leading a large-scale data migration programme for a Pensions organisation. This hands-on position requires expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and data governance within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end migration delivery plan
  • Coordinate business and technical stakeholders across multiple workstreams
  • Drive data analysis, validation, reconciliation and issue resolution activities
  • Manage RAID logs, governance reporting and cutover planning
  • Support testing readiness, defect triage and go-live activities
  • Support testing and cutover readiness including data reconciliation sign-off, defect triage, and go/no-go inputs.

  • Proven experience delivering complex data migrations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid data analysis and reconciliation experience
  • Experience managing risks, issues and governance reporting

We're supporting a Pensions organisation undergoing a large-scale data migration programme and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across the full migration life cycle.

This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of project delivery, stakeholder management, data analysis and governance experience within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end migration delivery plan
  • Coordinate business and technical stakeholders across multiple workstreams
