- Relevant trade background (NVQ)
- Experience managing groundwork's and civils projects
- Enhanced DBS
- SMSTS or SMSTS
- First-Aid (desired)
- Temporary works certificate (desired)

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning FM Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Project Manager to join a Commercial project in the Northwest, with the scope to oversee various projects on a long-term contract.
We are looking for a manager to oversee the H&S, labour, and M&E packages on site. The sites will include refurbishments and the construction of various commercial proeprties.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee both the Mechanical and Electrical installation on site.
- Manage all Civil & Groundwork labour on site.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and clients including frequent updates on the progress of the project.
- Promote strict Health & Safety rules on site.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day.
Pay £275-£300 Per day (CIS).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Relevant trade background (NVQ)
- Experience managing groundwork's and civils projects
- Enhanced DBS
- SMSTS or SMSTS
- First-Aid (desired)
- Temporary works certificate (desired)
