Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple refurbishment sites across Manchester
- Managing site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Tenant liaison and working closely with housing association/client representatives
- Driving health & safety, quality, and handover targets
- Reporting progress, budgets, and programme updates
Key Skills:
- Strong experience delivering occupied social housing refurbishments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- A confident, organised approach and ability to manage multiple sites
