Summary: The Senior Project Manager role is focused on leading complex initiatives within financial services, requiring expertise in managing large-scale transitions and change environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex and critical initiatives.
  • Apply best project management practices to ensure outcomes are delivered to time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Provide leadership to the delivery team, building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
  • Define and agree required project resources for successful delivery.
  • Manage risks and issues, understanding the wider risk context associated with the business and delivery.
  • Build collaborative relationships with third parties to manage delivery, costs, and maximise value.
  • Implement appropriate governance in line with Group methods.
  • Control project costs and understand the impact on Group-wide financial performance and value to the customer.
  • Coach and mentor other Project Managers in the team, potentially with people management responsibilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working within our change delivery environment.
