The Role
- Manage multiple projects from brief through to final delivery.
- Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, scope and resource.
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients.
- Keep projects on track and flag potential issues before they become problems.
- Challenge unrealistic timelines, changing briefs and scope creep.
- Work closely with creative and wider agency teams to keep everyone aligned.
- Plan resource against the project pipeline.
- Source and manage freelancers when additional support is needed.
- Review existing processes and introduce better ways of working.
- Help shape and develop the project management function as the agency grows.
About You
- You'll have previous senior project management experience within an agency environment, ideally within a creative, brand, experiential, fashion or lifestyle setting.
- You'll be comfortable managing several projects at once, dealing directly with clients and working with budgets of up to £500k.
- You'll need to be organised, commercially aware and confident enough to push back when timelines, budgets or scope are at risk.
- You'll also be someone who naturally takes ownership. When things get busy, you stay calm, make decisions and keep things moving rather than waiting for someone else to step in.
- Experience with footwear, fashion, lifestyle or retail brands would be a bonus, as would PRINCE2, APM or PMP.
