Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from start to finish
- Produce and maintain project plans, risk logs, communications, and test schedules
- Lead cross-functional and international teams, including vendors
- Monitor progress and ensure governance compliance
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
- Deliver finance-focused improvements and align with ongoing maintenance programmes
- Coordinate between finance, operations, and systems teams
- Lead implementation of procurement platform and ERP integration
- Manage remote teams across UK, Australia, and South Africa
- Create and manage key project documents: test, training, communication, and rollout plans
Key Skills:
- Proven track record delivering complex ERP or business systems projects
- Hands-on experience implementing e-Procurement solutions (Proactis, Coupa, Jaggaer, Unit4, etc.)
- Background in asset management systems — especially finance or operations-related workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across distributed or international teams
- Comfortable leading vendors, internal teams, and exec-level reporting
