Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects concurrently from pre-construction through to completion
- Planning, creating and updating project programmes
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Monitoring health & safety compliance across all sites
- Liaising with Site Managers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving any project risks or delays
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects
- Strong ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Ability to create and edit construction programmes (essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- SMSTS / CSCS preferred
