Summary: The Project Manager role involves governance and oversight of workstreams, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The position requires collaboration with various leads to ensure project deliverables are met and validated. The role is based in London and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The contract is set to last until the end of December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for governance and oversight of the workstream, including defining ToR, creating high level and low level plans, providing weekly status reports, managing Risk and Issues and path to green actions.
• Define, monitor and regularly review the overall plan; ensuring benefits and outcomes are captured and validated throughout the project.
• Identification and management of workstream internal and external interdependencies and interlock.
• Represent workstream at appropriate Agile ceremonies, i.e. prioritisation, retrospective sessions.
• Manage the creation of technology implementation (go live) plans, and support in the execution and monitoring of those plans.
• Plan, monitor and manage the workforce needed to deliver outcomes.
• Support the population of programme artefacts such as Business Case, Closure reports, Delivery Risk Assessments, MTP etc.
• Work in partnership with workstream Product Owner, Transformation Lead and Technology Lead to ensure all workstream deliverables are understood and interlocked.

Key Skills:

• Experience with managing projects of medium to large complexity, business-critical and cross-functional teams spanning multiple regions and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to Senior level stakeholders.
• Able to build up good knowledge of specialist areas that projects operate in.
• Strong client liaison and problem-solving skills.
• Risk and Issue management techniques and experience.
