  • Experience working with third-party providers.
  • Ability to operate at pace in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset.

We’re working with a well-known retailer to appoint a Project Manager on an Outside IR35 contract for an initial 3 months. This role sits at the heart of a CRM and marketing technology transformation, focused on improving how customer data and engagement platforms integrate and perform.

The Role:

  • You will lead delivery across CRM and marketing systems, with a focus on:
    • Driving CRM platform enhancements and integrations
    • Working closely with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
    • Supporting the implementation and optimisation of marketing technology solutions
    • Ensuring seamless integration of CRM with wider data and digital ecosystems
