Summary: The role of Technical Project Manager involves leading a diverse portfolio of Marketing & Digital projects for one of Europe's largest touring community businesses. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business goals and technical delivery, managing the full project lifecycle while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and governance. This position requires a strong project management skillset and strategic leadership experience. The role is hybrid, necessitating 2-3 days of office attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, managing everything from initial conception to service transition.
- Take full accountability for project budgets, monitoring expenditure and ensuring lean, effective delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives and manage external suppliers to ensure third-party tenders meet rigorous standards.
- Proactively manage change control, resolve complex risks/issues, and ensure all projects adhere to PMO governance.
- Motivate and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that delivers results.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience delivering medium-to-large scale technical, digital and marketing projects.
- Comfortable working across SQL, Networks, Distributed Systems, and Linux environments.
- Accredited in (or highly experienced with) PRINCE2, Agile, PMI, or MSP; knowledge of ITIL disciplines is essential.
- A master negotiator and an influential communicator who can simplify complex technical data for any audience.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring thorough documentation and tender evaluation.

The successful candidate will serve as a conduit between the business' stakeholders and delivery teams, owning the full project lifecycle of Marketing & Digital projects . This role requires an established, well-versed project management skillset as well as an experience employing strategic leadership and benefit realisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery: Define, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, managing everything from initial conception to service transition.
- Financial & Budgetary: Take full accountability for project budgets, monitoring expenditure and ensuring lean, effective delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior executives and manage external suppliers to ensure third-party tenders meet our rigorous standards.
