Key Responsibilities:

- Manage rollout of new modules, features, and integrations
- Track governance decisions, project plans, and outcomes
- Partner with business leaders and end-users to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Establish continuous feedback loops for user requirements and system performance
- Maintain stakeholder engagement, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and project updates
- Lead process standardisation across business units

Key Skills:

- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
