Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of multiple mortgage product initiatives in parallel, ensuring delivery objectives, timelines and scope are clearly defined.
- Manage delivery across initiatives including Product Transfer Phase 2, Seasonal Holiday Lets and Mixed Use and Semi Commercial mortgage propositions.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with the Chetwood Change Framework and established governance processes.
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders across Product, Lending, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.
- Provide clear delivery planning including scope definition, milestones, timelines and dependencies.
- Maintain oversight of risks, issues and dependencies and manage mitigation actions to maintain delivery momentum.
- Provide clear and consistent updates to senior stakeholders on delivery progress, risks and decisions required.
- Ensure operational readiness and alignment with internal processes before product releases.
- Facilitate cross functional workshops and working groups to support delivery planning and issue resolution.
- Ensure that delivery outcomes align with business objectives and customer requirements.

Role Overview We are seeking a senior Delivery Lead or Project Manager with mortgage experience and strong delivery governance capability. The role will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent initiatives across the mortgage product portfolio and ensuring that delivery is executed effectively in line with the organisation’s change framework.
