Summary: The Project Manager role involves leading digital marketing and transformation programmes across the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa. This client-facing position requires ownership of project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing or technology implementations and will work closely with enterprise clients and stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading discovery and scoping workshops to define business requirements and solution approach
  • Managing full project lifecycle delivery (scope, budget, timeline, risk and reporting)
  • Overseeing project resourcing, forecasting and commercial management
  • Building strong senior stakeholder relationships
  • Providing strategic guidance and best practice advice to support digital transformation
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contributing to PMO standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

  • At least 6 years’ experience delivering digital marketing or technology implementation projects
  • Strong experience within a software vendor or consulting environment
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing, Campaign, Automation or Content Management platforms
  • Experience managing complex programmes or multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving and executive presentation skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments (e.g. Scrum)
  • A recognised project management qualification

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital marketing and transformation programmes across the UK & Ireland, Middle East and Africa region. This is a client-facing role within Professional Services, working with enterprise customers and system integration partners to deliver complex Marketing and Commerce technology implementations.

The Role

You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to closure, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading discovery and scoping workshops to define business requirements and solution approach
  • Managing full project lifecycle delivery (scope, budget, timeline, risk and reporting)

About You

You will be a confident, delivery-focused Project Manager with:

  • At least 6 years’ experience delivering digital marketing or technology implementation projects
  • Strong experience within a software vendor or consulting environment

  • Experience managing complex programmes or multiple concurrent projects
