Summary: The CRM / ERM Project Manager will lead the delivery of CRM and Experience/Relationship Management workstreams within a large-scale integration programme in London. This role focuses on ensuring Day 1 readiness and overseeing the migration and integration of client and experience data across enterprise platforms. The manager will also maintain data quality and compliance while supporting Marketing & Business Development teams during the transition. The position requires strong project management skills and experience in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans for CRM and ERM integration activities.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of CRM and ERM integration workstreams.
  • Capture and validate functional and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee complex data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Ensure secure and reliable data flows between CRM/ERM platforms and downstream systems.
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure appropriate handling of sensitive data.
  • Manage impacts to Marketing & Business Development activities.
  • Maintain strong delivery governance, including project plans and executive status reporting.
  • Support Day 1 readiness, testing cycles, and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering CRM and/or ERM platforms within complex enterprise environments.

Job Title: CRM / ERM Project Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000 - £100,000

We are seeking an experienced CRM / ERM Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM and Experience/Relationship Management workstreams within a large-scale integration programme. This role will be responsible for ensuring Day 1 readiness and phased post-go-live integration, overseeing the successful migration, integration, and stabilization of client, relationship, engagement, and experience data across enterprise platforms. You will play a critical role in maintaining data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance while enabling Marketing & Business Development teams to operate effectively throughout the transition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans for CRM and ERM integration activities, clearly defining Day 1 and post-Day 1 scope, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of CRM and ERM integration workstreams, including configuration alignment, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover planning, and stabilization.
  • Capture and validate functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, system owners, and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee complex data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across client, contact, relationship, activity, and experience datasets.
  • Ensure secure and reliable data flows between CRM/ERM platforms and downstream systems, including oversight of vendor-managed integrations and interim Day 1 solutions where required.
  • Partner with Data Privacy, Information Security, Risk, Records Management, and compliance teams to ensure appropriate handling of sensitive data.
  • Manage impacts to Marketing & Business Development activities such as client targeting, pitching, campaign management, relationship intelligence, and experience reporting.
  • Maintain strong delivery governance, including project plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and executive status reporting.
  • Support Day 1 readiness, testing cycles, operational handover, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering CRM and/or ERM platforms within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERM data domains, including clients, contacts, relationships, activities, engagement insights, and experience records.
  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale data migration, cutover planning, and business-critical system go-lives.
  • Experience working closely with Marketing & Business Development teams and translating business requirements into technical delivery outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across IT, business teams, risk and compliance functions, and third-party vendors.
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors and internal delivery teams across parallel workstreams.
  • Good understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and information governance requirements relating to client and relationship data.
  • Strong delivery discipline with experience producing and maintaining structured governance artefacts and senior-level reporting.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering within merger or acquisition integration programmes.
  • Experience within legal, financial services, or other professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM and experience management platforms.
