Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, including Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Manage the delivery process from discovery and design through to rollout and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, track dependencies, and ensure timely execution of actions.
- Provide strategic updates to the Steering Committee, translating complex information into clear communication.

CRM & D365 Implementation Project Manager £500–575 per day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (3 days Central London) We're supporting a global group with multiple operating companies to build out their internal transformation capability. They need a CRM & D365 Implementation Project Manager to join a small, agile consulting team driving real change across the business.
The Role You'll kick off by leading a full end-to-end M&A CRM implementation from the ground up. We're looking for someone who's done this before – whether that's Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 Sales, ZohoCRM, a specialist M&A platform, or similar. You'll own the delivery from discovery and design through to rollout and adoption. Once that's embedded, you'll move onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, working hand-in-glove with Finance and Operations teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes. This isn't a role for someone who likes to stay at the high level. You need to get into the weeds – building detailed plans, tracking every dependency, chasing actions relentlessly, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. At the same time, you'll be reporting into a Steering Committee, so you need to translate complexity into clear, strategic updates.
