Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Delivery Lead in developing and delivering operational cyber capabilities.
  • Lead medium to large-scale cyber projects or workstreams within a programme or portfolio, defining scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage projects to agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets, ensuring impacts beyond technical delivery are addressed (e.g., risk reduction, operating model definition, training, and service integration).
  • Partner with the Project Sponsor to build robust business cases, clearly outlining outcomes, benefits, and measures, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Translate sponsor and stakeholder objectives into tangible deliverables, measurable outcomes, and defined benefits.
  • Oversee project budgets, escalating deviations promptly when required.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions, escalating appropriately to sponsors or steering committees.
  • Manage resources effectively, including external vendors, monitoring demand, ensuring commitments, and resolving availability challenges.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering change across multiple projects.
  • Practical expertise in project planning and resource scheduling.
  • Highly results-driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness and leadership are critical.
  • Strong background in project governance, control, and end-to-end ownership.
