Key Skills:
- 3–5 years’ Project Management experience with a hands-on delivery focus
- Financial Services / Banking experience is essential
- Strong delivery experience across either HR, Marketing or Communications
- Willing to roll sleeves up and support delivery beyond core PM tasks when needed
- Proven stakeholder management across multiple teams

We are hiring three Project Managers, with one role aligned to each of the following workstreams: HR, Marketing, and Communications. These positions support critical delivery activity within a fast-paced, high-profile change programme. Each Project Manager will be embedded within their assigned function, working closely with stakeholders to drive delivery from the detail rather than managing at arm’s length. This is a hands-on delivery role, suited to Project Managers who enjoy being close to execution, owning outcomes, and operating effectively in complex, evolving environments.
